Hola,
Trabajando con tickets secundarios pude notar que al cambiar el estado de Pendiente el SLA de Tiempo de Trabajo del Agente no se coloca En Pausa. ¿Esto es un comportamiento esperado al trabajar con tickets secundarios? ¿O hay alguna configuración que se deba hacer para lograr esto?
