Hi Zendesk - In partnership with our Premier team, we have identified that something in our theme (Mink) is preventing the customization of Web Widget. This was determined by plugging the code into the ZD Copenhagen theme where the customizations were able to be applied.
Question now is - does anyone have any suggestions on what JS in the theme might be preventing the API calls to the Web Widget? You can view our current Help Center here. Thanks!

Upon further investigation and working with our ZD engineers, it looks like some of these customizations are no longer available now that we have ZD Messaging deployed on the backend (but not yet enabled on the frontend).

Hi Zendesk - I am attempting to customize Web Widget for a Brand under our main account (in order to differentiate the Brand), but unfortunately none of the window.zESettings API calls are working for me. At this time, I am trying to change the name of the Title in the Widget as well as the bot icon (please see screen). The Main Zendesk account is currently running Web Widget. The Brand's Web Widget appears the same, with the exception of the yellow theme color:
Is it possible to customize the Brand's Widget? Thanks!

What we discovered (with the help of our Premier team), was that the widget was appearing only if we were on the company's VPN.
The widget did not appear when visiting the page with the VPN disabled or from a personal computer. Not sure if a bug or intended, but we did get it sorted.

Hello Zendesk!
I am trying to disable the messaging / web widget for a new Brand under our main account. When I activate the Brand Help Center, the messaging / web widget appears in the bottom-right corner.
However, when I go to Admin > Channels > Classic > Web Widget, the settings only appear for the main account. They do not appear for the Brand, so I am unable to disable them.
In our Sandbox environment, both the main account and Brand appear under Admin > Channels > Classic > Web Widget, allowing me to enable / disable for each Brand.

Hi Greg Katechis - Thanks! Yes, we have been getting the same result. This code has been on the live page for months with no reported issues as well.
For a bit more scope - we are essentially trying to add some login functionality to one of the forms and when updating the code, I came across this script error, so figured I would try and fix it while adding the new functionality.

Hi Zendesk - Is there any way to delete the default templates for pages that are unused on our Help Center, such as community_topic_page.hbs ? Or, if not, a way to make them inaccessible to users?
Please note that this question pertains to the default templates and not custom.
