Is there any update on this feature request? We have recently implemented the Jira integration for our team and the ability to use predictive text or select labels as described above is a necessity to ensure they are added correctly to a ticket. This is critical to our current business processes in creating tickets. Without this our team is unable to effectively use the ability to create Jira tickets from within Zendesk. 

Another vote for this as tracking article viewership would aid in understanding where specific customers struggle as well as identify candidates for upsell opportunities based on their article views and guide search history.
