I need to get all the ZenDesk Sell Communication data through REST API.

How to get those? Help me by providing the exact API for this.

Hi,

When I tried to download the attachments of the ticket, I can only able to get the redirect page of that attachment only. But I need to get the content of the attachment like Encoded data for one my automated process. I don't want to download the data in my system, Instead of that I need to get the content of the attachment. Is there any way to achieve it? 

Note: I tried to access it through Boomi Integration Tool (REST API).
