I have a dropdown Organization field and ticket custom field where i need ORG field data should be updated on ticket custom field.  Below i am attaching the json, please let me know what's the mistake in this json.

I need little more customization for above request, like whenever end-user search for some articles and if it shows no result found then i want to give the submit a request button show for the end-user.

Is there anyway where we can create schedule for these banners like planned system outage or maintenance?
