There is currently no equivalent to the notify action within Sell, which is a pity. Please feel free to contact me if you would like me to investigate alternative methods to achieve the results you are hoping for. As a notification in your Sell app, you may want to consider using a modal location as a way to inform your users. There is more information about this feature in the documentation, which can be found here:

Since all Sell users will need access to the subdomain in general, every Sell user will be automatically added to Support as a "Contributor." Contributors will only be able to see tickets assigned to the groups of which they are members. In order to prevent your Sell users from seeing tickets, it is important that they be assigned to a group that does not have access to tickets.

  When Twilio receives a URL as part of a message, it automatically shortens the URL due to the 160 character limit of SMS messages. I have found that URL shortening generally works well and does not cause any problems with the delivery of messages, but it can occasionally cause problems with the delivery of messages. In the event that you do not receive your messages, please contact us as soon as possible.

Due to the fact that Twilio automatically shortens URLs in order to meet the SMS character limits, there is no suggested workflow as to whether you should include HTTP or https in your URLs.

To configure end users, go to the Admin center >> People >> Configuration >> End users. It is recommended that you uncheck the option "Include a list of active Help Centers in account emails" under the account emails section.
