Adam Goodell commented,
Is there a way to filter roles from the Total Users metric? For example, filtering for end-users or agents.

Hello,
Semantic search is not enabled for me yet either. Are time scales available when this will be enabled?

Adam Goodell commented,
See the section on creating sets in Zendesks' article Organizing values by groups and sets. Select the users you want to include. Then in your report add the Set you created.

Hi Harichandan, if you have several agents that aren't part of the team you're interested in focusing your filter on then you could use a Set from the Assignee Name attribute and select the specific agents relevant to your filter.

Hi Taguhi,
I found the metric "Tickets created" in another dataset, Support - Updates. Not Support - Tickets as shown in the recipe above.

Adam Goodell created a post,
I would like to use "Advanced" Display Format for more charts besides than Tables.
For example, in a donut chart I have a metric that can exceed 100 hours. If the value exceeds 24 hours I'd like to change the display format suffix to days and scale the value by 24. That way the display format is in days rather than hours.
I was able to do this in "Advanced" display format but that appears to only be available in Tables. Are there plans to expand the "Advanced" display format to other charts?
