I agree with Marie. It's incomprehensible to me that messages external to Zendesk are translated, while our agents' reply messages are not. It would really be simpler if the translation were fully functional to simplify the work of our agents.

I am agree with Benjamin too ! This feature could help us a lot ! Some answer that we use on normal ticket could be also use on macros ! We really hope this feature can be developed

Comme dans les messageries électroniques, serait-il possible d'avoir une fonctionnalité qui permet de faire une auto correction des tickets lorsque l'on écrit un ticket ? Sa serait utile notamment lorsque l'on utilise plusieurs langues dans les échanges, afin d'éviter les fautes bêtes et les manques de compréhension des messages.

Zendesk offre la possibilité de traduire certains tickets selon le nombre de caractéres dans les conversations principales. Mais cette option n'existe pas pour les conversations annexes. Est-ce que il serait possible ou prévu de la mettre en place ?

Hello, apparently we need to make comments to express our need. There are several of us, about 100 comments, who want an organization column in the Support search in the Tickets tab. There have been comments since 2018 on this thread. You first ask us to express our need on this comment and then 4 years later you create an event for us to tell you what we need. 

We need this feature, and it's been 4 years of asking, I hope you take this comment into consideration.

The first comment was created 10 years ago. Today, there isn't any update about the situation, we still cannot merge organisations on Zendesk. I think, this functionnality could be important for a lot of people using Zendesk, but i don't have the impression that Zendesk listen to us. I hope Zendesk will finally address this issue, with over 200 comments on this post, it's that the community really needs it!

J'ai fais ce test là, malheureusement la réponse d'un agent via outlook n'a toujours pas transformé la réponse en note interne, mais encore en commentaire public.

Lorsque l'on répond à un ticket via le canal Email, il est possible aujourd'hui de formater son texte avec différentes couleurs. Le problème ici que l'on rencontre c'est que les couleurs pour formater le texte ne sont pas satisfaisantes. On aimerait avoir des couleurs plus flashis pour faire ressortir les informations importantes dans nos mails. Il y a deux hypothèses que l'on peut mettre en avant ici : 

- Soit que Zendesk rajoute de nouvelles couleurs dans son formatage directement de façon standard. 

- Soit que nous, utilisateur, nous pouvons charger nos propres couleurs dans le logiciel. 

A voir les évolutions qu'il pourra y avoir dans un futur proche.
