I have two end-user-facing forms. One form is specifically for the web widget, and the other is a general support form.

I was able to make the web widget only show the web widget form. However, when I have only the general form in the help center, it shows a dropdown of one form, the general one. I'd like to bypass this step and have the general form surface by default. Thank you!

I'd like to add to this question, please. :) 

If I have two forms, and only hide one form, then I'm left with a dropdown of 1. Is there a way to bypass a form selection dropdown when there is only one form displayed?
