I'm running into an issue when downgrading a staff agent to end-user their solved ticket history is reassigned. I thought the historical assignments should have been preserved.

It's unreasonable to test changes to CSS and scripts in the production environment. Our org uses a custom theme so we need replication of Guide to properly test changes.

Hi Milo Mayyalou! We're getting started with Zendesk Support. Can you explain or link to documentation that allows us to create and add the custom button to the Zendesk Support UI? We figured out the code that will trigger the correct action once the button is pressed, but not sure where/how we modify the UI.
