I think it will be very useful to have the possibility to apply macros massively on tickets from messaging channels. It is disappointing that this functionality is only available in singular tickets. Having the possibility to apply a massive response using a macro will be a great feature.

It is important to be able to identify from which phone number a client is contacted. We have clients who have more than two telephone numbers in their profile and for security reasons, we need to identify which number they are writing to us from.
