Is there possible to have "Hidden" on Download CSV button for those Agents?  I think this is neat for Agents to use for Search, but should hidden it.  With Administrator level, can have Download CS...

Do we have set up a permission to specific individual or groups for this app?  Will that impact to all users if there is no permission control?

When will this become visible, right now I do not see any beta?  I received announcement from Zendesk (Announcing drill in for the beta dashboard builder by Walter Bellante).
