I would like to suggest the implementation of a new field type, specifically a "Text Block" field, for forms in the Zendesk Admin Center. This feature would provide an output-only field that displays text on the form without requiring any front-end input from the end user.

The purpose of the Text Block field would be to add descriptive content, instructions, or separators to the form layout. For example, it would allow users to include a description or directions preceding a section of fields, providing clear instructions on how to complete the form. Another use case would be to add blank lines or specific characters (such as bullets or numbers) to indicate the beginning or end of a section on the form.

Here are the potential benefits of introducing the Text Block field type:

  1. Enhanced Form Clarity: Users can provide contextual information or instructions to guide end users through the form completion process, improving clarity and reducing confusion.

Currently, I have a significant number of form fields that are specific to certain forms. However, there is no built-in way to group or categorize these fields, which makes it challenging to keep them organized. To overcome this limitation, I have to add unique identifiers to the field titles, which is not an ideal solution.

My proposed solution is to introduce a category feature that functions similar to how triggers are currently set up. This would allow users to create and assign categories to form fields, providing a logical and structured way to organize them. By implementing this feature, users like myself would no longer need to rely on unconventional field titles for grouping related fields.
