Please please please consider adding this feature. Its fundamental to my workflow. With the amount of content switching, I tend to have a number of open tickets at any given time. Customers will often respond with additional information, and in the latest scenario, this warranted an increase in ticket priority, but it was missed for some hours due to no clear indicators.
