Hello All, 

 

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and so much insightful discussion. As many of you have seen we pushed an updated a couple years back addressing this feedback, please see the announcement here - Announcing improved Agent Workspace ticket tabs

Hello All, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback! 
 
This is a great feature request and I have added it to the backlog for future consideration. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle. We are going to leave this post open for comment to allow others to provide their feedback and use cases, however please note as is stated in our Community Guidelines that we can not commit to prioritizing any one piece of feedback we receive in the community. 
 
Thank you again for your feedback and for being a valuable customer with Zendesk.

Hello All, 

We are working on a redesigned notifications experience which should be available by the end of Q2. With this update, Notifications will be automatically marked as read when an agent visits the ticket where the event occurred (but still be visible in the tray with a “read” status), and notifications will be removed from the bell icon when tickets are marked as resolved or deleted.


Keep a look out for our announcement in at the end of the first half this year. Thank you!

We are planning on including @mention notifications as part of the messaging bell icon in Q2. Notifications for follow notices will come sometime in H2.

Thanks for sharing this. We working to enhance the notifications experience which includes use cases for @ mentions and follow notices. These updates will be available next year, so please keep a look out for our announcement.

Thank you for your feedback. I've logged this as an enhancement to the tabs experience, and we will continue to account for this in our roadmap prioritization and planning.
