we need to be able to provide annonymus user to select from custom objects also, and we don't want them to log in

I am writing to suggest adding a new condition for relational fields. It would be very beneficial if, in the case of relational fields for Organizations, there was an option to filter so that it only shows individuals belonging to that organization.

Hi!

This is the expected behavior because it's designed to maintain the same conversation for the end user. It will only restart before you CLOSE the conversation.

You can modify this setting in Messaging > (select the Web Widget you are using) > Authentication, but this setting doesn't work very well yet...

If you are testing, I recommend doing it in an incognito window. To do this, ensure that the help center is activated. Close the incognito window and open it again every time you wish to start a new conversation.

Is there any plans on getting this fixed?

This wouln't be the expected behaviour when you have already a complete profile with the correct WhatsApp number, since it requires the agent to spend time on doing a manual merge instead of recognizing the existing profile.
