We would like to have a feature to report on the solved suspended tickets once they are recovered!Who has solved the tickets that has been recovered from suspended view on a particular date.

Assignee Name filter is showing all the names. I would like to see only Agent Names in the data filter in the Dashboard.

Are you asking me to apply the filter on the assignee name attribute, so that other names doesn't show up in the Dashboard Filter?

I am getting the follow up ticket count more than expected where I have set the metric as follow-up tickets and attribute as Assignee name. I would like to get the list of follow-up tickets for that agent with in the timeframe.

Assignee Name Data Filter is showing many irrelevant names in the Dashboard. How do I get the agent names alone in the assignee name data filter?
