Beeping when on hold. This function is not currently customizable. It would be very beneficial to make this feature customizable allowing admins to change the beeping frequency or duration of how often it goes off while on hold. It can be overwhelming for some to hear a beeping in their ear every 15 seconds. 
 

We use the recordings for training and auditing, and do not want all agents having access to their colleagues call recordings. Please consider the option to make this function optional for those who do not want the call recording accessible to all.
