Brittany Loy commented,
This works however after the popup appears it does not create a zendesk ticket unless you are logged in. But without the popup it does not require the user to be logged in and it will create a zendesk ticket. I am not sure why this is happening because the user is not required to be logged into zendesk for the form to be submitted.

Brittany Loy commented,
I believe this will require an if else statement Jakub but not sure of the code. Can you provide a code snippet?

Yes, that is correct! I have multiple forms for the two countries. I would like certain sets of forms to showcase once the user clicks on the “Europe Button” that is showed in the screen shot. Once they click on that button it will show in the drop down only those Europe Forms and the same thing for North America.

Brittany Loy created a post,
How can I effectively display certain/specific forms under one brand in the help center I created. For instance, there are two buttons to click which are Europe or North America Forms. When the user clicks on Europe Form button I want to ensure only the relevant Europe forms will show after clicking that button. I have provided emails below. I have name the beginning of the Europe forms EU.

Brittany Loy created a post,
Our current challenge involves editing the Zendesk form, specifically working with the code snippet "request_form wysiwyg=true." We're aiming to create a submit confirmation pop-up that displays the user's input and gives them the option to double-check before finalizing.
Has anyone successfully customized the Zendesk form using the "request_form wysiwyg=true" code snippet? Are there specific files or sections I should focus on when attempting to customize this aspect?

Brittany Loy created a post,
I need to alter the text of the submit button located at the bottom of a form. After inspecting the code, I'm unable to identify where I can access the button's text for modification. What steps should I take to accomplish this task?

Hi! This is working for me however it ignores the required fields of the form. Is there additional code that I can use?
