Hi, 

I wanted to sync the Salesforce account ID with the existing organizations inside Zendesk. I followed the exact steps, but the account ID was not synced. 
 

Some accounts were created in Zendesk since we integrated the 2 systems, so they are 100% matched. I was expecting these to be easy to sync the Account IDs. 

Some legacy may have discrepancies in the Salesforce account name and Zendesk organization name, which I believe that the system cannot sync the Account ID. The discrepancy was due before we had Salesforce, Zendesk extracted the organization's name from the email domain. Now that we also have an email domain in the Salesforce account, can we use this as a matching criterion? 

Please advise.
