Bonjour,
Une fois une conversation transformée en ticket via l'option "transfert" de la messagerie, je n'ai pas trouvé comment réinitialiser le système pour qu'il prenne une nouvelle question. Tout ce qui est tapé dans le chat est ajouté dans le ticket et impossible de recommencer une nouvelle conversation. J'ai essayé de fermer le chat, de rafraichir la page... rien n'y fait. Y a t-il une solution ?
