Hi I am wondering if it is possible to use Zendesk as an Idp to authenticate our users into Aha. Aha can only accept this via SAML. Therefore Aha is wanting a certificate fingerprint from Zendesk. Is this possible?

Hi,
We have a customer/org that is not receiving ticket update emails because they are blocking all traffic (strict security). They are asking for what IP address to whitelist to allow these @zendesk.com emails to come through. Where can I find this info?
