This needs to be addressed yesterday. Web browsers are not the only devices that are shared with many unauthenticated users. This is a major limitation, and the concern was raised over a year ago.

We're using the bot on our Android devices, but we can't find an intuitive way to close/refresh the chat widget after it's transferred to an agent.
Can you provide documentation or instructions on how to close/refresh the bot at the end of the flow?

I understand the complexities of adding regex, but I find it strange that it doesn't support a numeric field. This is very limiting.

It seems like it should be very simple to change or at least remove this message. However, it is another feature that requires custom code for our teams to manage.
It would be nice if the Zendesk product team implemented some of these features that should be standard. If any given company can make these change, I don't understand why the ZD team can't add this feature to the UI.
