Every state has its own legal requirements about communicating with customers about recording conversations and storing their information.  Zendesk recently added some notification options (see here), which is a helpful start. However, our legal counsel has advised us to require users to specifically opt-in.

We would like to present the user with legal copy, followed by two options: 

• I consent -> continues to connecting them to an agent
• I do not consent -> directs them to our Contact Us page

For reference we are using the Web Widget.
