I would need something similar as the Ticket Manager Plugin provides but only for Orgs AND Users
Use Case Organizations:
We are synching the Account ID from Salesforce to Zendesk. I want to make that field read-only while still allowing people to manage e.g. the domain field
Use Case Users:
We are connecting the Zendesk user on deman of an agent with another system. We store the extrernal user id in a custom field which can be changed. That should be only a read only field

Hey, also adding my huge interest to this.
As others have said, I see also any comon textual based attachment in scope. For us, highest prio would be PDF and then DOC(X), XLS(X), PPT(X), CSV
