Last few days the plugin is giving problems. Without any changes the link between jira-zendesk broke. Couple of hours laters somehow it works again, 5 minutes later its broken again.

AnsweredHi, We had an agent account which is removed. But old tickets are now showing his old username. We don't want that. Can we replace this name in older tickets or link them to the admin account?
