Can't believe this isn't standard functionality with THE LEADER in knowledgebase software. Did Zendesk just forget to improve their WYSYWIG for the last 3 years?

It's 2023 and I still can't believe Zendesk doesn't support note/tip/alert boxes in your WYSYWIG... This is basic documentation 101 people!

Also super frustrating is the fact that I can't enlarge images within a document. Please please please add support for clicking on a smaller image to open a popup with the full-resolution image. This is a BASIC REQUIREMENT for product documentation. No one wants to insert a full-resolution screenshot into the body of a page. I want a small image you can click to enlarge, please. 

It's been about 2 years since this first comment. I can't believe ZenDesk still hasn't added the ability to add note boxes to your WYSYWIG! At least give me a markdown editor. This is basic documentation functionality people. Confluence can do it, Readme can do it, Workramp can do it, Rise can do it, Zoho can do it. Get with the program Zendesk... super frustrating as you can tell.
