Hey team,

 

We're working in a multibrand environment and each brand may require unique procedures for the same workflow. Is there a way to restrict procedure usage based on the brand? Example: If the brand is Apple, auto-assist will only detect Apple-brand procedures, and at the same time, if the brand is Pear, auto-assist will only detect Pear-brand procedures and will make suggestions accordingly. 

 

From what I understand, once a procedure is published in Guide Admin, it becomes accessible to all groups with Auto Assist enabled regardless of the brands. My focus is on limiting procedure usage to ensure brand-appropriate workflows.

Could you confirm if this is possible or suggest an alternative solution?

Hey,

Is there a way of isolating a group or a single word from other bot answers such as putting them in quotation marks while typing the answer to a training phrase? So that the same words exist in different answers won't cause misleading in bot responses.

Recently we are switching to intent-based answers in answer bot and I am trying to figure out the effect of intent based bot answers vs. training phrase based bot answers on our user traffic (change in containment rate) but I couldn't find out where to do all of these in Explore flow builder datasets as observing this change is crucial for us to maintain this change and make the most of the intents. Would you help me with this?!
