Following this. This should be a standard feature in Zendesk because mistakes in handling support tickets happen, and agents should be able to undo emails not meant to be sent to the end users.

Hi,

 

I am also interested in this topic. Any updates? This would be a highly beneficial feature. 

 

We are also looking to integrate already existing Slack threads with comments to an existing support request in Zendesk. Any way to do that?

Similar to Gan's question - I sometimes can't see the whole Column Adjustment section(Width, Alignment, and Visible sections). Why is that?

Has anything been done in connection to this issue? It would be really helpful to see the content of the side conversation and I don't see any placeholders created yet and it's been almost two years since the initial request.
