Use Case:
Want to send email to Requester asking for CSAT survey with Agent Information (Info on him/her , Photograph and Details of the ticket)

Can we customise the fields in a drop down field to be shown to Customer 
we want 4 out of 7 options to be shown to Customer and Agents can see all the options in the drop down on the support portal

Thanks Heather Rommel, We have setup Zendesk activity tab in Jira already but We need the Jira comment to reflect in Zendesk ticket, Thank you.
