We are currently using Monday.com as a project managing platform and sharing customer inquiries to related teams in order to support customers on time.

Looks like Zendesk is properly integrated into Monday.com already since we can check the ticket link on Monday.com board.

However, we cannot find any sorts of Monday.com link or icon on Zendesk ticket. We can only check the related Zendesk ticket from Monday.com but not the other way. 

Is there a way to indicate whether certain Zendesk ticket has been integrated with Monday.com or not?
