This is so bad it is almost unusable on my end. Don't fix what isn't broken.

3. Again, STOP making unnecessary UI changes! New Agent Workspace is useless, comment box eats half of my screen!

Totally agree. Why do you fix something that isn't broken? Ridicoulous!

This is so bad. They did this before and I told them it is not working for us.  Please switch this back to the view I was using this morning.  Your new view is terrible.
