I currently work around by storing an HTML file of different types of knowledge articles within our ecosystem (Troubleshooting, New Feature, Release Note) on my local hard drive and copy / paste into "source" when I need them. it feels very 90s way to manage common structures. It would be nice to be able to choose from different templates for each type of article I write, either before I start writing or applying it after I've started drafting. Similar to the tools available in Confluence. TBH it'd be most useful as custom content blocks so I don't have to copy the source code from an unlisted "test" article where i store all the bitty bits of custom things I've created for our kB
