Zendesk is happy to announce an enhancement to the way admins manage dynamic content in Admin Center.
This announcement includes the following topics:
What is changing?
We've added the ability to search dynamic content by title and placeholder in the Dynamic Content page in Admin Center. This capability allows admins to find the right piece of dynamic content more quickly.
Previously, admins could only search for dynamic content by the content in variants.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
We heard feedback from admins that you needed an easier way to find individual pieces of dynamic content.
What do I need to do?
You don't need to do anything. The new search capabilities are automatically available on the Dynamic content page in Admin Center. See Providing multiple language support with dynamic content.
If you have feedback or questions related to this announcement, visit our community forum where we collect and manage customer product feedback. For general assistance with your Zendesk products, contact Zendesk Customer Support.

Zendesk is excited to announce that you can now save your commonly used searches.
This announcement includes the following topics:
What is changing?
When you perform a search, you can now save it so that it’s easily accessible from the Search page within Support. Saving a search stores the keyword, filter, and sorting parameters. When you access your saved searches, you can run the search by clicking the saved search’s name. Saved searches are stored per user and both admins and agents can each save up to 20 searches.
Additionally, you can manage your saved searches by editing, renaming, and deleting them.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Building complex queries takes a lot of time. You want to make sure that you’re using the right keywords, filters, and operators so that your search returns the results you’re looking for.
Previously, there was no way to save these queries within Zendesk so that you could access them at a later date.
Now, Zendesk is introducing the ability to save searches so that you don’t have to rebuild your commonly used queries and can easily access them for reuse.
What do I need to do?
You don’t need to do anything. The new menu where you can save searches is automatically available when you navigate to the Search page within Support. To learn more, see Saving Zendesk Support searches.
If you have feedback or questions related to this announcement, visit our community forum where we collect and manage customer product feedback. For general assistance with your Zendesk products, contact Zendesk Customer Support.

Hi Mylena - Thank you for your feedback, and I'm glad to hear you are enjoing the new Search features. The keyboard naivgation updates is an intended change. You can now use Command+Left/Right arrow to move the cursor to the beginning or end of the text. This more closely aligns with our keyboard and accessibility patterns across the platform. Let me know if you have any questions.
