I created an article in one brand (North Star) and then added it also into a second (Dealer Tech Center) brand we have. It was published in both places - great! When I go to the “edit article” page in the second brand I added it in (Dealer Tech Center) it shows up like normal - great! But when I click the “View” button at the bottom to see it, it opens up in the original brand I created it in (North Star). Is there a way to make it go to the correct branded site? Thank you!

Dane, appreciate the response but I think we're looking for a different answer.
I'm experiencing the same thing as Judy. So, our reports show that people are searching a specific query - and the search results show “no results." However, we do in fact have articles that should be coming up for that query. I've gone in and tested it myself and they'll show up. Just wondering what the issue is here and why at times search queries will result in this “no results” when it should bring up results. This has also happened to me first hand in different brands we use.
I'm going to submit a ticket with Zendesk, but I wanted to comment in case others were also experiencing the same thing. Thanks!

We are looking to add a working calculator to one of our knowledge articles. Does anyone have a code to be able to incorporate this functionality in an article? I'm new to coding and had tried one I found online but it didn't work.

Marco, I have not found a way around this yet. I just came here to find out as well. I'm hoping someone is able to answer. I've been incorporating accordions into our knowledge articles, however, I'm unable to put a content block into an accordion. When I have a content block in an article, the source code is gone either on top of the content block or the bottom, wherever my curser is set to. Does anyone know if there's a way around this?

It would be super helpful to have a report available to identify which articles are linked to each other in Guide, especially since this function is an available tool that's used within articles. We have hundreds of articles and as I'm going through them to rework them, I can delete some, however, we often link other articles to help our customers and if I delete them, I no idea how many other articles they are in, leading me to create broken links in our KB until we can find them. Thanks!
