Hello:
I've restricted so that the sales team can't re-assign an ownership of a contact or lead. Is there any way that I can add a support button, or a ticket or someway in which they can notify their sales manager for them to approve the change in ownership?
The idea in this is to have a better control as to when some sellers are taking old accounts and make sure that they are not being worked by the previous account manager.
Currently they are notifying the manager via email but this makes the process slow and not efficient.
Thank you.

Hello ,
Is there any way that only admins can view in the reports-emai outcomes the full list of sellers emails sent?
What I want is if a seller whats to check their email quantities that all the rest of the team is hidden and they can only visualise their own data.
currently I can see everyone ( im admin ) , but at the same time all sellers can just go to report and email outcomes and see how everyone else is doing.
Thank you .

Hello , I would like to start measuring how many emails are being sent by my sales team. Is there any feature in zendesk where I can download or visualise information such as:
Emails sent per day ( as admin I want to see all sales team interactions.)
Interactions with clients per user
or any other information relevant to start measuring kpi's
thank you
