I have reviewed it now. What I am still trying to understand if there is a way to see in one place the agent productivity from both handling tickets as well as handing chats.
Metrics I am interested in for example are:
- Number of chats handled
- Chats avg/med handing time
*I am under the impression - that the data in the template is deriving from the support tickets data - please correct me if I am wrong.

I would like this feature as well as sometimes agents would like to re-edit their internal comment as their investigation is not completed.
