I agree with every poster here. I've probably used over 10 different PMS / ticketing systems, and the fact that there's no way to edit your comments makes NO SENSE. I'd like to see this feature as well, and if this feature isn't enabled in one manner or form, I'm CANNOT in good conscience recommend this product to my employers / clients in the future, it just doesn't seem flushed out / mature / enterprise. Also, customers should be listened to, customers provide the revenue, we know what we need, we know what we're willing to pay for, we should be heard.
