This is a great feature request and I have added it to the backlog for future consideration. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle. We are going to leave this post open for comment to allow others to provide their feedback and use cases, however please note as is stated in our Community Guidelines that we can not commit to prioritizing any one piece of feedback we receive in the community.

We're excited to announce that as of January 15, 2025, help center integration is now available for all customers using the Zendesk SDK for Unity!
This announcement addresses key questions about this exciting new feature:
What’s changing?
Previously, users could only access the help center through a web browser. Now, with the new integration, users can seamlessly access the help center directly within your Unity-based app, enhancing their overall experience.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
This integration addresses a significant gap between the Classic and Messaging SDKs, facilitating a smoother migration to the latest SDK generation. Many businesses depend on the help center to empower end users to self-serve, allowing them to quickly and efficiently resolve issues without needing agent assistance.
What do I need to do?
To integrate your help center, follow the guidelines in Adding help center to your app.
If you have feedback or questions related to this announcement, visit our community forum where we collect and manage customer product feedback. If you have any additional questions, please contact Zendesk Customer Support.

Please keep in mind that our commitment and prioritization may change as we progress through product development.

Thank you for your continued interest and engagement with this feature request. We are continuing to prioritize work on this feature however our timeline has moved out to later this year. We do not have an exact timeline to give our customers as of now. We remain committed to our investigation and ultimate development of this feature. Please note that commitment and prioritization is always subject to change with our product development.
When we have moved into development and have a stronger sense of when this might be built, we will make sure to engage this thread again. Thank you for being valuable Zendesk customers and sharing your feedback with us!

Unfortunately, there is still no direct way to delete the Web Widget for a brand from the Admin Settings, so we still recommend following the steps from the previous response.
I have added the possibility to delete the Web Widget to the backlog for future consideration. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle. Sorry for the late reply ― yes, it is not possible to use the text provided by the Zendesk interface, you would need to add it in the code of the custom launcher itself.
