hello Laura Sällberg I'm also looking for this solution. As far as I know, you should copy the OAuth2 token from Zendesk (Settings --> OAuth2) and paste it into the Chrome extension Linkzen. Let me know if it works.
Alternatively, it would be great if someone from Zendesk could help us with this integration via Zapier. Brett Bowser do you have any suggestions, or can you delegate us to the right person? Thank you!

Hello Dear Zendesk Team, I'm also looking for a tool that can sync data from Linekdin to Zendesk by 1 click. I've used in the past such a tool named Linkedhub for Hubspot. I've also heard about LinkZen extension. Could you help me?
