Hi Eduardo Cunha ,
Hope you are doing well.
I would recommend you to try out a completely decentralized and bi-drectional integration solution like Exalate for an integration between Jira issues with zendesk tickets.
It provides you a Groovy-based scripting engine which is very flexible and customizable. You can map any system, custom fields without any issues.
Additionally, you can map your own statuses 1-1 between these systems.
Thanks, Dhiren

Hi Srikanth Gowda B S ,
Hope you are doing well.
Can you please throw some more light on where does the information reside in Jira Data Center (Zendesk information).
Is it residing into tickets, or are we talking about this plugin information itself to Jira Cloud?
Thanks, Dhiren
