No not using admin credentials. I can see the portal is returning the settings from the below logs

I have tried the following code after submitting the ticket the list page is not loading 

Configuration requestActivityConfig = RequestActivity.builder()
      .withRequestSubject(activity.getString(R.string.zendesk_support_ticketName))

RequestListActivity.builder()
      .show(activity, requestActivityConfig);

Zendesk support sdk throws the below exception when launch RequestListActivity

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to create call adapter for interface retrofit2.Call
