I hope this message finds you well. We appreciate your assistance in clarifying some concerns we've encountered while implementing Zendesk into our Facebook Instant Games.

Firstly, we'd like to inquire about the supported iOS versions for Zendesk, as we've noticed issues on older iOS versions, specifically iOS 12.5.7 and iOS 14.4. It seems that Zendesk is not loading on devices with lower resolutions, such as older iPhone models like SE 1st Gen, iPhone 6/7/8, and iPhone SE 2nd Gen. Could you please provide information on the compatibility and any known issues with Zendesk on these devices?

Additionally, we've observed a specific challenge on Android devices within the Instant Games platform on the Facebook app. The option to add attachments in Zendesk is not functioning as expected, particularly in the context menu where the options Photo Library, Take Photo or Video, and Choose Files should appear. Unfortunately, this is not working as intended. We would appreciate any guidance on how we can resolve or mitigate this issue.
