I've been encountering a challenge with my website's integration with the Zendesk API, specifically related to ticket creation. Here are the details of the problem:

Issue: When attempting to create a ticket using the Zendesk API from my website, I'm consistently receiving an error response. The API request seems to be correctly formatted with all the required parameters, but the system returns an unexpected error.

Error Message: The error message I'm receiving is: "Error creating ticket: [ZD-1234: Unable to create ticket. Invalid requester information provided]."

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make a POST request to the Zendesk API endpoint for ticket creation.
2. Include all the required parameters such as subject, description, requester information, etc.
3. Receive the error response mentioned above.

Expected Behavior: I expect the Zendesk API to create a ticket successfully and return a valid ticket ID. However, the current behavior is preventing the successful creation of tickets.
