It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to leave notes or memos within Tasks. This feature would allow admins and managers to include important context, such as the Task’s purpose—like the training name or meeting details. 

Additionally, it would be beneficial for agents to see these notes so they know what they are scheduled for, especially when multiple Tasks are scheduled in a day (e.g., training sessions). Providing this functionality would improve communication, reduce the need for separate documentation, and ensure all relevant information is easily accessible in one place. This enhancement would promote clarity and alignment for both schedulers and agents, leading to greater productivity.

We completely align with this request and are also looking for this functionality. Having a report that shows total scheduled hours for agents over customizable date ranges (including future dates) would greatly streamline our processes and reduce manual effort. This enhancement would be incredibly valuable for ensuring compliance with scheduling expectations in a more efficient and accurate way.
