I’m facing an issue with the "Ask HR" form popup in the Zendesk portal and need some insights.

Issue Description:

For a specific user, the "Ask HR" form popup does not appear when the portal is accessed in English, but it works perfectly when switched to Turkish.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the Zendesk portal.
2. Set the language to English and check for the "Ask HR" form popup → Not appearing.
3. Change the language to Turkish and check again → Popup appears as expected.

Possible Causes Considered and Checked:

• Language-Specific Configuration: The form settings might not include English.
• Conditional Logic or JavaScript Issue: There could be a script controlling visibility based on language.
• Missing Translations: If the form relies on translations, English might be misconfigured or missing.
• Permission or Role-Based Access: Language settings might affect form visibility due to role-based logic.
