ACTIVITY OVERVIEW

Post Feedback - Chat and Messaging (Chat)

The standard welcome message for the chat bot, before it opens is “Hi, do you need help”. Our website's primarily language is German so we've set it to German. However when a user vists our website in English, or their browser is set to English so the chatbot interacts in English, keeps the welcome prompt text as German.

We use a single chatbot built in one language, but is set to translate into other languages. We then embed the web widget into our website.
Problem is that welcome message cannot use dynamic content and it doesn't translate itself depending on what language the user's browser is or what language website it is embedded in.  So in our case the chatbot is in German, we have a webstore with German and English views, but the “Hi, do you need help” prompt can only be shown in one language.

I've spoken to support and they have said it isn't possible to have this multi-language.

Any ideas?  If not can we get this, what seems to me to be fairly obvious missing functionality added?

CommentTriggers and automations

mfg  Trigger I assume is related to AI Intent.
The problem seems to be around “comment text” not detecting the words in the message.

It's the first trigger in the list.

CommentTriggers and automations

I'm trying to create a simple triggered autoreply to suggest some articles via e-mail to an enquiry (Either submitted via webform or e-mail to zendesk), based on a few specific words being present in the original message when it was created.

This works (using “subject text” & “ticket status = new”)

This however doesn't work:

Nor does this:

Am I doing something obviously wrong?

Post Feedback - Chat and Messaging (Chat)

We have our chatbot created in (and default language) is English. We offer it to customers in a few different languages via the translate functionality.  Everytime a customer starts a chat with the bot in any language other than English they are provided with a notice that the conversation is translated:

“-- Messages are automatically translated from the original language --”

Whilst I understand why this message is helpful to some (i.e to explain the language might not be perfect), that should be up to me to decide if I want to say that to a customer or not. As I understand it right now I can't disable this message. It's pretty unprofessional.  My companies default language is German but it's setup in English, so my only option it seems is to recreate the bot setup in German first, and have English as a translation. But then I still have that message.

There must be a better way to handle this?

Best case =  Can I have multiple bots in different languages that we fully setup, rather than just relying on translations? We have bi-lingual staff that can set things up in our most used languages, then rely on the translation functionality for any others.

Regarding the notice, please can you allow us to just turn it on or off.
