All our license for agent seats are taken, but we have plenty light agents available. Sadly, it's not possible to upgrade a end user to a light agent. We have to downgrade an agent first to a light agent to have a fully licensed seat available to upgrade a end use to teammate and then to light agent. We use MS SSO with provisioning to automaticly add new users in Zendesk, so we need the upgrade option rather then adding a new user and give them light agent status.

Solved this issue myself.

In Teams add the Zendesk App the answer was in the help section of the app. When typed Help it showed my needed solution: the option to disconnect and change the Zendesk subdomain. The disconnect commando will give you the possibility to change this. The only prerequisite for doing so is that you can still connect as an admin to current zendesk enviroment.

Since mine was connected to the old demo site, i had to contact my local Zendesk account manager and ask him to enable the expired demo site. 

Hopefully this makes sense to other MS Teams App users ;)

Hi,

Does anyone knows how to change the MS Teams App subdomain reference? We started out testing the MS Teams App when exploring the Zendesk Demo. When purchasing Zendesk, we decided to use an other subdomainname than the demo. But now in MS Team the Zendesk App refers to the demo domainname. How can i change this?
