We just switched to Zendesk and I wanted to chime in on this since I was surprised to find there weren't settings for this sort of thing.
Information in ticket views gets easily buried when everything is the same color. A few improvements I'd love to see:
- Color code team members' names in the Assignees column (similar to ticket statuses) so it's easier to tell who has what.
- An option to change text color (or the entire line's background color) when a due date has passed.
- An option to color code Priority types so urgent tickets stand out.
- A dark mode option to reduce eye strain.
