Please, add number fields to chat. It doesn't make a lot of sense to only accept text for input from customers……
We want to have just one place for ORDER NUMBER and we are being blocked to do so, this will make the work much easier since we don't have to ask for it again during the conversation.

Could you create a ticket per mail, requesting the token, please?
Question: don’t you capture WFM API endpoints in support Admin?
If so, the failures would be easily identifiable.
